Medical, Hospital and Surgical negligence

Doctors and medical staff perform treatment with dedication and skill. But the authority and trust given those professionals can lead to catastrophic injury or death where treatments, often highly risky, are performed improperly, unnecessarily, and /or without the full understanding of the patient of the risks involved. Conditions can often be misdiagnosed or not diagnosed at all. Drug involvement and interaction can have serious unintended consequences which are not know to patients receiving such medications.

Negligent medical treatment changes lives and families forever. Recovery of damages is the only mechanism available to compensate for such harm. And it is often that same mechanism of recovery which finally triggers the necessary changes in processes or personnel, and promotes safety for us all within the community.

If a healthcare provider treats you negligently or with substandard care, or when a medical provider fails to inform you of the material risks of procedures or treatment used, or when a medical provider guarantess that a certain injury won't occur that does occur, and damage is caused, then that provider is responsible for the damage they caused.
