Mission & Philosophy

        Legal standards of care make people pay attention. Corporate pursuit of revenue, metrics, quotas, and target budgets kills focus, and can cause catastrophic injury.  

   Regulation of industry does not heal. Regulation  cannot mandate focus. Only the enforcement of civil standards of care and the damage law can do that. 

      It is an honor to be a part of others' lives, and to be their point person in the struggle for accountability, to make the system better. It is an honor to be a part of this country's civil law enforcement system.
