Mary Schultz Reviews and Accepts Only Medical Negligence Cases Involving Severe and Catastrophic Injuries and Wrongful Death.  Employment Cases Are Limited to Discrimination and Public Policy Concerns that cause identifiable damage. Civil Rights Cases Are Broad, and Reviewed Case by Case. 

A message from Mary Schultz: Please note that I previously used a screening employee to expedite case review and consultation requests. Many callers appreciated this, but I learned through a couple of public reviews that others had concerns. I have since discontinued this process and now personally review all requests. Due to the volume of inquiries and my caseload, I can only respond to those that meet the requirements listed below. If you don't receive a response, it may be because your inquiry doesn't comply. 1)  An email address at which you may receive a response from a law office.

2)  A phone number.

3)  A summary of your primary concern- what do you think happened to you or to a family member that was wrong or unlawful?  

4) The dates and details of your situation-this means providing the critical dates of events you believe are at issue.

5)  What are your damage from these actions?

6)  If your case is already in progress in a court, what is the case number and court?

7) Attach documents that can help assess your concern. For medical cases, this would include the operative or admission/discharge reports. For employment cases, including termination cases, any complaints made, investigations and outcomes.
